STATIC ROPE LIFELINE KIT
Static rope lifeline kit is generally made of 12mm, 14mm, 16mm diameter ropes. Since 12 mm static ropes are economical in general, 12 mm diameter static rope is preferred for life ropes. The ends of the rope are combined in fully automatic rope sewing machines by attaching the plastic eyelet to the radiant. The bird's eye prevents the wear and tear caused by the carabiner rubbing against the rope. It can be produced in desired dimensions. Usually there is 1 oval carabiner and 1 rope gripper over a lifeline kit. If requested, an extra carabiner is added on the static lifeline rope to attach the shock absorber and rope holder to the safety belt. Steel ovals, steel hooks, aluminum hooks, etc. carabiners can be added to the rope ends. If there is no anchor point in the application environment, anchor bolt ear and anchor screw can be added in the set.
